Buford-Landmark Lodge #41 was chartered on October 13, 2020, under The Grand Lodge of Kentucky, Free & Accepted Masons, at the hand of Most Worshipful Grand Master Geary F. Laird. Buford-Landmark's formation is a result of consolidating the former Landmark Lodge #41 in Versailles and Buford Lodge #494 in Versailles and Midway, respectively. The two Lodges comprised many of the same members from Woodford and surrounding counties.

Buford-Landmark Lodge meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays each month at 7:30 PM, preceded by a meal at 6:30 PM. The Lodge Hall is on the second floor of the Historic Masonic Temple Building, located at 100 S. Winter St. in Midway  (same building as the post office).
